Carnedd Llewelyn - for a more peaceful walk than Snowdon, but please note that the paths are FAR less well-trodden. Good navigation skills, suitable kit and planning ahead are vital.

Gwesty Ty Gwyn Rowen - the best pub in the area (or possibly in the world). Whilst others boast a wider range of drinks, this pub has a delightful atmosphere, welcoming locals and visitors alike, with roaring fires in winter, and two beautiful beer gardens in summer. A small menu of simple but very good quality food.
