Changeovers

We are committed to completing changeovers to a very high standard. Even our changeovers are bespoke, e.g. we can take care of the laundry, or some property owners choose to do that themselves. We will respect your preferences for how you like your property preparing for guests.

Bookings

We can take care of listing your property on multiple platforms, to increase visibility. We also take direct bookings, avoiding commission from platforms. As experts on holiday lets in the area, we will operate a dynamic pricing strategy, to optimise your occupancy and income.

Looking after your property

We can offer full maintenance if you'd like us to take care of everything. Decorating and tiling are done in house. We work with other local businesses for things like electrical work and gas safety.

Green Growth Pledge

We are signed up to the Green Growth Pledge. We will seek to minimise our environmental impact, for example by avoiding unnecessary journeys, using eco-friendly products where possible, and encouraging guests to recycle.

Gardening

Watch this space! We hope to have our very own gardener soon, to look after gardens either as a standalone service or part of management contracts.

Geographical area

We are based near Conwy town, but we will consider work anywhere within Conwy county.
